Because smoking in bars is normal in Vietnam I was concerned that it may be fuggy and unpleasant. In Australia a smoker 20 yards away on the street will make me wretch. In Vietnam they overcome this problem in two ways. Firstly they have adequate ventilation and secondly they pack cigarrettes with good quality tobacco and not a foul stinking mundungus.
